When planning to hire staff, there are several things to consider. Think of the payroll tax return and keeping a payroll administration.

When you have found a suitable candidate for the position, an employment contract must be drawn up. This contains agreements on matters such as probationary period, working hours, salary, notice period, etc. Furthermore, you as an employer must offer the staff good working conditions. Depending on the industry, additional rules may apply. In addition, you must take other matters into account, such as the company regulations, the collective labor agreement (CLA) and the insurance for the staff.
